Our Management Team
The founders are Kyle Carrick and Dennis Ward who began working in the frac sand industry in 2004. We assisted in the sale of a frac sand plant in 2008 and began working in Wisconsin in 2008. In 2010, we helped 2 clients locate and acquire sand deposits and worked with several others in the process. Since 2011, we have worked with multiple clients to acquire sites in Wisconsin, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas and believe we will be successful for each of them.
Kyle Carrick serves as Chief Executive Officer and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. Kyle, also a Certified Public Accountant, has spent an extensive amount of time in Wisconsin and several other states working with landowners and others for many years.
Dennis Ward serves as Chief Financial Officer and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Dennis is a retired Certified Public Accountant and has focused his attention on the frac sand industry for the last several years.
